What does Rise Education & Care Group do?

Rise is a specialist wellbeing-intervention recruitment company.

We connect organisations, families, and commissioning bodies with skilled, values-led professionals who support wellbeing, behaviour, inclusion, and emotional safety for vulnerable children, young people, and adults.

Rise is a recruitment and connection service. We do not deliver education, therapy, care, or commissioned provision directly.

What types of organisations do you work with?

We work with organisations that support vulnerable people, including:

  • Nurseries and early years settings
  • Schools (mainstream and specialist)
  • Alternative provision and training providers
  • Children’s and adult care homes
  • Children’s and adult social care services
  • Local authorities and commissioned services
  • Probation, youth justice and justice services
  • Charities and third-sector organisations

We are intentionally selective and partner only with organisations that demonstrate a genuine commitment to wellbeing, safeguarding, and ethical practice.

What roles can you supply?

We connect organisations with a wide range of wellbeing-focused professionals, including:

  • teachers and teaching assistants (early years, primary, secondary, SEND)
  • wellbeing practitioners and mentors
  • youth workers and family support workers
  • therapists and counsellors

Are staff employed by Rise?

No.

Rise Associates are self-employed professionals and/or agency workers. They are part of the Rise Community and are recruited through robust safer recruitment and safeguarding-led processes before being connected with suitable opportunities.

Do you provide Section 19, education packages, or care provision?

No.

Rise does not deliver Section 19 provision, education packages, therapy, or care services. Our role is to connect organisations and individuals with experienced professionals who support wellbeing and inclusion alongside existing provision.

Does Rise offer respite services?

Yes — in a recruitment and connector capacity.

Rise does not provide respite services directly. However, we connect parents, carers, local authorities, and organisations with experienced, vetted professionals who offer respite and short-break support.

We maintain a trusted pool of associates with experience in respite, family support, and working with children, young people, and adults with additional needs. All associates are recruited through robust safer recruitment processes, including appropriate background checks and safeguarding verification.

This allows families and commissioning bodies to access established and trusted respite workers, while ensuring clear role boundaries, safeguarding assurance, and ethical practice.

Can services be provided online or remotely?

Yes.

Where appropriate, Rise can connect organisations and individuals with professionals who offer online or remote support.

This may include:

  • online wellbeing and mentoring support
  • remote tutoring or learning support
  • virtual emotional support and check-ins
  • online coaching or consultancy
  • strategic wellbeing and inclusion advisory support

All remote work is matched carefully to the role, context, and individual needs, with safeguarding, data protection, and professional boundaries clearly defined.

How quickly can you provide staff?

We understand that some situations require urgent staffing support.

Where possible, we can support rapid placements from our existing pool of vetted associates, while maintaining safeguarding, compliance, and ethical standards. Timelines will depend on the role, availability, and required checks.
