Who We Are
Rise Education & Care Group is a specialist wellbeing-intervention recruitment company, connecting organisations with people who make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and adults.
We are proudly based in the South West, with strong roots across Devon, Cornwall, Bristol and the surrounding areas. However, our work is not limited by geography. We support organisations and professionals across the UK who share our commitment to wellbeing, safeguarding, and ethical practice.
Rise was created by experienced leaders from education, care, safeguarding, workforce development, and social care who understood that traditional recruitment often focuses on roles, not people.
Our purpose is to do things differently.
We connect values-led professionals with ethical organisations, ensuring wellbeing, inclusion, and human connection sit at the heart of every placement. We do not deliver education or care directly; our role is to bring together the right people and the right environments so meaningful, sustainable impact can happen.
Our Founders
Rise is led by four founders whose combined experience spans education, safeguarding, social care, workforce development, leadership, and operational delivery across children’s and adult services.
Together, they bring deep system understanding, credibility, and a shared belief that people thrive best when wellbeing comes first.
